Empty Bowls is a service learning project by BAHS students to create awareness about local hunger and to benefit Broken Arrow Neighbors and BA Food for Kids. Students from Broken Arrow Schools design and produce clay pottery bowls for the event, along with providing entertainment and performances during the event related to hunger awareness.
The 2019 Empty Bowls fundraiser will be held on Tuesday, February 26 from 5:00 – 7:30 PM at the Broken Arrow High School Cafeteria. Tickets are $10 each and will entitle the ticket holder to a soup, bread & drink meal. Ticket holders may also select one of the pottery bowls to take home.
